Daniel Forsberg as a Director at Better Support Solutions, I am driven by a passion to provide exceptional care and create genuine homes and support for NDIS participants. My responsibilities involve strategic decision-making to ensure our company operates at the highest standards.
My professional journey in the disability sector spans over 20 years. I've gained extensive experience in working in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and have worked with diverse needs, starting as a support worker, and progressing to managing many facilities.
My decision to dedicate my career to supporting people with disabilities stemmed from personal experience. After a decade in the building industry, spinal injuries in 2000 led me through extensive rehabilitation. This experience sparked a desire to help others facing similar challenges. I've since focused on supporting individuals with mental health, physical disabilities, and complex needs, finding immense purpose in this work.
My professional goal is to operate Better Support Solutions as a NDIS-registered provider, offering participants more than just facility – a true home where they feel comfortable, safe, and empowered to make their own choices.
I cherish time with my wife, Jessica Forsberg , and our three young children. We work together and they keep us very busy.
